Here at F3 Health Clinic, we understand a person's weight is not only tied to physical health but also their mental well-being and freedom. Whether you have a goal to lose 10 pounds, 200 pounds or your goal is to be "beach" ready by the summer, we can help. F3 can help you achieve your goals through education, medication (if needed) and dietary guidance.

We have joined with a local gym that can provide personal training and custom exercise regimen for you when you join our program.
Whether you have 10 or 200 pounds to lose, there is a program to help. We offer individual plans that may include the latest weight loss techniques, dietary changes, exercise programs and behavior modifications, as well as support groups and educational lectures.
Research has show that combining a variety of weight loss and management techniques increases and individual changes of long-term success. My goals are to help you adopt and maintain a deathly lifestyle.
